West Ham United winger Michail Antonio has stated that he is disappointed after being left on the bench for England’s clash with Slovakia.
The 26-year-old was a surprise inclusion in the national team set up but was left out of Sam Allardyce’s starting line-up. The former Sunderland boss opted to bring Theo Walcott and Daniel Sturridge off the bench instead of Antonio.
Antonio took to twitter after the game to express his disappointment but was happy England came away with all three points.
