Pogba transfer proves Man Utd are biggest club in the world says agent

Manchester United broke the world transfer record when they signed Paul Pogba from Juventus over the summer transfer window.

United fans may not be feeling that it’s been money well spent right now after losing their last three games in all competitions but according to Pogba’s agent signing his client proves that the Reds are the biggest club in the world.

“Yet I think Manchester United showed the world this summer that they were not going to stand still, they want to be the best,” Raiola told the Daily Mail.

‘They sent out a message with the transfers they did that this is the biggest club in the world.’

United outspent their Premier League rivals in the transfer market this summer and brought in Jose Mourinho to oversee the new project.

The Reds have not got their season off to the best of starts but it is still early in the season and there is plenty of time to turn things around.

United lost their third match in a row following their 3-1 defeat against Watford on the weekend and will take on Premier league champions Leicester City next in the Premier League at Old Trafford.
