Former Tottenham manager Harry Redknapp has suggested that Manchester City boss Pep Guardiola gets preferential treatment because he is from abroad.
While discussing City’s 4-2 defeat to Leicester on BT Sport, Redknapp claimed that if Guardiola was English he would have been accused of not knowing what he was doing.

He may well have a point. City’s defending was utterly shambolic yesterday, with defensive errors and sub-par goalkeeping virtually gifting Jamie Vardy a hat-trick. Guardiola needs to plug the holes in his leaking defence before further damage is done to their title hopes.
