Patrice Evra took to Instagram this evening to show his backing and support for Man United and Les Bleus star Paul Pogba, after the midfielder scored in France’s 4-2 World Cup final win over Croatia.

The former Man United and France star took to Instagram to show his support for the Red Devils midfielder, with Evra stating that people should “respect him”.

The 37-year-old then said “why are you always talking bull**** about my brother”, so it seems Evra is very passionate about the way Pogba is talked about the fans and the media!

The Red Devils talisman was, in fairness, absolutely superb this World Cup, with the 25-year-old proving to be one of Les Bleus’ key players on their way to lifting the Jules Rimet trophy.

The Frenchman has received a fair bit of criticism from fans and the media alike since his move to United from Juventus in 2016.

Pogba has often been labelled as being inconsistent and a player who fails to take the game by the scruff of the neck more often than not, however it certainly seems Evra doesn’t have any complaints about him!

Despite all his criticism, Pogba definitely seemed to prove his haters wrong this summer, let’s just hope he can continue this form into next for Jose Mourinho’s side, for his sake!
