Lyon star Nabil Fekir was asked about Liverpool whilst walking past fans at the airport, to which he seemed to give a little nod and a smile.
This is the view of the tweeter of the video clip below, though the footage itself doesn’t necessarily make this 100% clear.

Either way, a number of Liverpool fans on Twitter now seem pretty excited about the player’s reaction, especially given it follows strong speculation linking their club with the Frenchman.
The Daily Mirror recently claimed a deal could be back on for Fekir to move to Anfield after things broke down earlier in the summer.

If that is true, then perhaps Fekir is in fact on his way to re-open negotiations that could finally see him wind up at Anfield.
The 24-year-old had a decent World Cup with France, winning the competition with his country even if he wasn’t regularly involved on the pitch.
Fekir shone in Ligue 1 last season and could surely add something to this LFC squad, so no wonder some fans might be getting a bit over-excited…
