Some Arsenal fans are tweeting the club’s account and generally taking to social media to urge the Gunners to re-sign Olivier Giroud from Chelsea.
This comes as Sky Sports link the France international as a loan target for Atletico Madrid, though Chelsea hope to offload him on a permanent deal.
This comes just months after Giroud left Arsenal for a surprise move across London to rivals Chelsea, and despite impressing at Stamford Bridge, he perhaps remains too much of a squad player, as he was at the Emirates Stadium.

Still, having been at Arsenal since 2012 and becoming a real fan-favourite, it seems many Gooners would still warmly welcome him back to the club this summer.
Arsenal already have Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang and Alexandre Lacazette as options up front, but Giroud certainly offers something a little different in that centre-forward role with his height, strength, aerial ability, and superb link-up play.
