Unai Emery has made changes to the diets of Arsenal players in order to try and improve the performances of his players.

This is according to the Mirror, who note that the Spaniard has removed fruit juice from the menu at the club, as the former PSG boss looks to be strict on his players’ diets.

The report further states that Emery has also introduced an increased level of intensity to his training sessions with his Gunners squad, as well as one-on-one sessions.

Emery looks to be taking everything into account as he tries to improve the displays of his Gunners squad

Arsenal fans will be delighted to see that Emery is trying everything possible in order to improve the displays of his squad, as the north London side haven’t looked all that convincing during their first few league games this season.

Last season’s sixth-placed side have lost two of their opening three league fixtures, with their only win of the campaign so far coming against London rivals West Ham at the Emirates last week.

It’s surely going to take a bit of time for Arsenal’s stars to adapt to Emery’s coaching and training methods, as well as the play style he wants them to take up.

Only time will tell if Emery’s changes make a difference in the level of performance his Arsenal squad put in, and whether he ends up being a successful successor to Arsene Wenger at the Emirates.
