Manchester United midfielder Paul Pogba has reportedly confirmed to his club that he wants a transfer away at the next opportunity this January.
In an extraordinary report from the Daily Express, the France international is said to have informed United of his plans to move on in the winter and wants to give them time to find a replacement for him.

Pogba has struggled in his time at Old Trafford and it makes sense that he might be keen to move on at this point after looking a bad fit under current manager Jose Mourinho.
Although CaughtOffside understands Zinedine Zidane believes he could be offered the United job soon and has spoken to Pogba about staying, it seems his days in Manchester are numbered.
This Express report follows other various rumours regarding the 25-year-old midfielder, who is clearly a bigger talent than his performances in his time in England have let on.
Pogba shone at previous club Juventus, with Tuttosport claiming he wants to return there.
Don Balon, meanwhile, are among the sources to recently link Pogba with a potential transfer to Barcelona, who could do with a creative midfield player of his calibre.
The World Cup winner also shone for France this summer in a successful tournament in Russia, and it just seems painfully clear he’s not going to fulfil his potential under the conservative-minded Mourinho.
