Manchester United striker Romelu Lukaku is reportedly a transfer target for Juventus as they consider replacing Mario Mandzukic up front.
It’s fair to say the Belgium international has not hit his best form in his time at Old Trafford, despite getting off to a strong start at the club when he first joined from Everton last season.

Lukaku just doesn’t seem the best fit for United, however, with his fitness and form looking well below par for much of this campaign.
At Everton, however, Lukaku was one of the most lethal finishers in Europe and it’s little surprise that big clubs could still be in for him if he does leave Manchester.
According to Calciomercato, Juventus are keeping tabs on the 25-year-old’s situation in what could be an ideal escape route for the player.
Lukaku would likely benefit from the slower pace of the Italian game, while he’d no doubt get plenty of quality service in this dominant Juve side.
This could be a move that benefits everyone involved if it ever comes off, though one imagines United would probably not want to make such a considerable change to their side in the middle of the season.
