Alexandre Lacazette’s goal has made it Arsenal 2-0 Cardiff City and surely put tonight’s game at the Emirates Stadium to bed.
The Gunners have not been great tonight, but this Lacazette goal was a moment of real quality, with the France international picking himself up after being brought down on the right flank before driving on and slamming in a clinical finish.
Lacazette and Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang are certainly a lethal partnership, and both have contributed goals against Cardiff this evening to get an important response to that defeat to Manchester United last Friday.
