Jose Mourinho tells PSG he wants them to sign Liverpool transfer target if he gets the job

Roma manager Jose Mourinho has reportedly held initial talks over potentially taking the Paris Saint-Germain job and has even discussed Fiorentina midfielder Sofyan Amrabat as one of his preferred transfer targets.

Mourinho has done fine work at Roma, but it makes sense that he might find it hard to turn down a big club with the resources of PSG, and it seems he’s laid out his demands to the Ligue 1 giants.

That’s according to Foot Mercato, who add that Mourinho has specified Amrabat as a player he wants to add to the PSG squad if he does make the move to the Parc des Princes.

The Morocco international could be a fine fit to give PSG something a bit different in midfield, and his fine recent form has also seen him linked with Liverpool by a previous Foot Mercato report.

Amrabat could do a job for the Reds in a problem position, but it seems that since then they may have switched their focus to other targets.

According to football.london, LFC are keen on the likes of Brighton star Alexis Mac Allister and Chelsea ace Mason Mount this summer.
