One has nothing to do with the other. The fact is that you are not allowed to foul the goalkeeper especially when he could have easily caught the ball had his arms not been held down.
This is the first time a goalkeepers arms have been held down when he is about to catch the ball. So why are medias a wipes saying this happens all the time. Could they be just lying?
I think they are, as this was the first time this exact incident has happened and should not be judged controversial in any way, as no body is arguing that it wasn’t a clear foul on David Raya. So the decision was correct 100% with no room for any doubt what so ever. Just Wishful thinking by westham and ManCity and Arsenal haters. Accept the correct decision and move on.
