Everton manager David Moyes is thinking big these days. He has revealed that the Merseyside club can win the UEFA Cup this season and also finish in the top four in the English Premier League, a position that will thread them into the UEFA Champions League.
Moyes says:
We have the squad to win the UEFA Cup and qualify for the Champions League. I do not see it as a choice, nobody can pick the one they want. But our squad is good enough. We have coped recently with a lot of players missing and we are still in fourth spot in the league.
Everton are virtually into the last 16 of the UEFA Cup and are currently sitting fourth in the Premiership table. They have indeed been a revelation this season but do they have the depth and the energy to carry on winning until the end of the season?
