“We have to get three points against Arsenal” claims Manchester United forward

For the first time in Premier League history, the Gunners are bigger than 2/1 to win a home match. Indeed, for most matches, they are usually odds-on favourites, yet it’s a reflection of their poor form and injury worries that the bookmakers are instead making Manchester United the favourites to come away with the spoils.

The Press Association reports Cristiano Ronaldo in a bullish mood ahead of the match. Sure enough, the Red Devils may only have drawn 1-1 with Celtic on Wednesday night, yet it wasn’t a must-win match for the English champions, whereas Saturday’s match is the type of game that decides titles. The Portuguese forward claims that nothing less than three points will do.

“We want to win the title so we have to get three points there,” Ronaldo said. “I don’t know if it is tough for them at the moment but they will still have 11 players, the same as us, and I know it will be difficult because it always is.”

He added: “But we have a great spirit and we are a great team, so our aim is to pick up three points.”

Manchester United supporters, are you confident of picking up your first win at the Emirates? There might never be a better chance to win the match, especially with Arsenal struggling so badly, although you just know that the XI selected by Arsene Wenger will still go out and give the Red Devils a tough assignment. What are your predictions for the match?
