The 27 year old Southampton forward hasn’t had the best of times of it since moving to the Premier League and his representatives are flying into England to discuss his future with Serie A sides Fiorentina and Inter Milan looking to sign the former AS Roma man.

Osvaldo cost Southampton £12.8m last August and has gone on to score just three goals in 13 games and boss Mauricio Pochettino has seen both Rickie Lambert and Jay Rodriguez impress in recent months so could be willing to offload the summer signing.

Southampton will demand a fee in excess of the fee they paid Roma for Osvaldo and though both interested Serie A sides initially showed an interest in loaning the marksman Inter Milan were interested in Osvaldo before he moved to the English top tier and as such could be ready to pay the fee needed to bring him to the San Siro.
