Reds skipper is really embracing social media!
Liverpool and England captain Steven Gerrard only joined Instagram earlier this week but he seems well into it already.
The 34-year-old uploaded his seventh picture in two days this afternoon – and it was a cracker!
It captured a beautiful moment between Gerrard and Three Lions physiotherapist Paul Small.
Small was doing a job on Gerrard’s inner thigh, while the player had his arm on the physio’s shoulder and was pointing at him with his free hand.

Gerrard accompanied the picture with the message: “Just loosening up before training with England’s No.1 therapist Paul Small aka Smally!”
