Stamford Bridge side offer German international massive deal.
Chelsea are looking to further strengthen their midfield with a big money offer on the table for German midfielder Toni Kroos according to Spanish source El Confidencial.
Blues boss Jose Mourinho has already completed a deal to sign Barcelona playmaker Cesc Fabregas and will now look to welcome in Bayern Munich midfield general Kroos by offering him a massive pay-rise.

24 year old Kroos has just a year of his Allianz Arena contract left to run and his demands for parity with top performers like Franck Ribery and Arjen Robben has fallen on deaf ears and moves to secure a big increase on his current £60k a week have amounted to nothing.
Enter Chelsea who are ready to offer Kroos a massive £8.5m a year deal, which works out at around £160k a week, and the chance of a five year contract could well convince the cultured midfielder to put in a transfer request.
One does wonder where Mourinho will look to fit Kroos into a starting eleven that would also need to include new signing Fabregas, central flair player Oscar and presumably a defensively minded option such as Nemanja Matic.
