Bayern linked with in-demand Colombian winger.

Bayern Munich are the latest club to show a strong interest in Fiorentina and Colombia winger Juan Cuadrado, according to SportBild.

The Bavarian giants are on the lookout for new attacking midfield players this summer with the possibility that key pair Toni Kroos and Xherdan Shaqiri could be close to leaving the club, and Cuadrado now appears to be their main target.

The impressive World Cup wide-man has been in fine form for the last year or so, catching the eyes of big clubs such as Arsenal, Barcelona and Juventus, though Fiorentina are also desperate to hold onto him after his superb displays.

Still, Bayern are ready to make a big-money offer to secure the services of the 26-year-old this summer, as they look to rebuild for next season after a somewhat disappointing campaign, which saw them miss out on a second successive win in the Champions League.

Expectations are high at the Allianz Arena following the club’s treble win of 2012/13, and a big-name signing such as Cuadrado could be what the club needs to raise their game again next term.

The reigning Bundesliga champions have also been linked with rock-solid Atletico Madrid defender and captain Diego Godin.
