With Arsenal’s summer signing Alexis Sanchez scoring the majority of his new side’s goals so far this season, it’s unsurprising that the Chilean has won the November Goal of the Month award.

There were only two real contenders, with Olivier Giroud’s stunner against Manchester United coming a close second to Sanchez’s sublime curling effort against Borussia Dortmund in the Champions League.
Giroud’s strike garnered 30% of the votes, while his new teammate’s goal earned him a whopping 50%.
Sanchez has been in phenomenal form for the Gunners since he joined from Barcelona in the summer, and with the North London side faltering slightly in the league this campaign you have to wonder where they might be without the Chile international.
Having now won three games on the trot, Arsenal will be looking to get their season back on track. Sanchez will more than likely be instrumental to any success Arsene Wenger’s side will have this season, and this will surely not be the last Goal of the Month award he wins either.
