The 19-year-old is supposedly also interesting clubs from La Liga and Serie A, with Atletico Madrid, Juventus, and AC Milan among those to have sent scouts to track Tufan according to his father. His club are expected to ask for at least £5m for the teenager.
The full-back has already played six times for the Turkish national team, even managing to score once.
His father said: “Atletico and also Valencia have been to see him play but they are not alone. Other big European teams have sent scouts to watch Ozan play – AC Milan, Juventus, Chelsea and both Manchester clubs, City and United.”
