Mexican side Club America have unveiled a new sponsor.
Club America have a new commercial agreement with Huawei, a Chinese telecommunications multinational, making them the new shirt sponsor of the club.

“When we asked who was the best team in Mexico, everyone said Club America,” said the President of Huawei, Zachary Jiang, following the announcement of the commercial partnership which will run for the next three years.
“It’s a real pride that Club America can generate confidence with big brands, at the moment it’s just a business alliance, but who knows what technology they can offer us to help our player’s overall game” said Jose Romano, the club’s Chief Executive.
The company, whose headquarters is in Shenzhen in China, is also the main sponsor on the shirt of the Turkish giants Galatasaray.
Reigning champions America have struggled on the pitch so far this season, lying down in 7th place with just 8 points from 5 games. They host high flying Chiapas at the Azteca this weekend.
