Veteran star calls for youngster to stay where he is.
Juventus veteran Andrea Pirlo has urged his team-mate Paul Pogba to remain with Juventus instead of making the move to the Premier League, according to the Sun.
The 21-year-old is one of the best young players in the world at the moment, and has been targeted by the likes of Chelsea, Manchester United and Real Madrid after some superb form in Serie A.
Still, Pirlo believes he should stay and become a legend for Juventus, where he also feels he will have the best chance of challenging Cristiano Ronaldo and Lionel Messi for the Ballon d’Or.
“Pogba could be the future of Juventus,” he said. “He has it all — physique, technique and an eye for the goal. He is perfect. He can mark an era.”
On the youngster’s Ballon d’Or chances, he added: “That prize will always go to a player who scores, one who makes the difference.”
