Premier League Goalkeeper Saves To Shot Ratios: Proof Ospina Should Be Arsenal’s No.1

Arsenal stopper tops the lot…

David Ospina tops the table with the highest percentage of saves to shot on targets, which is sure to give Arsene Wenger a headache on whether the Colombian should be Arsenal’s no.1 ahead of Wojciech Szczesny.

In the figures, released by Opta, the stats also confirm just how crucial David de Gea has been for Manchester United – with the stopper making a staggering 72 saves this season.

The Red Devils defence has certainly been giving their star keeper a lot of work – and it’s plain to see why the Spaniard is now regarded as one of the best in the world.
