Mourinho did business with Barcelona last summer when he brought Cesc Fabregas back to London and may well return to the Nou Camp for a deal at the end of the season.

According to Marca [via Le 10 Sport], Mourinho appreciates Pedro’s qualities and believes the Spanish attacker could be a valuable asset to Chelsea.

The 27-year-old only has one year left on his contract and Mourinho will be well aware that he may be in a position to get the talented forward for a cut-price fee. For his part, the Roja star would be keen to move to a club where he can get more playing time.

Pedro is one of the most decorated stars in Barcelona’s history. He was a key part of Pep Guardiola’s legendary side and has won four Spanish titles in Catalonia.

Beyond that, Pedro is a two-time Champions League winner, and has also picked up numerous other domestic honours, two Super Cups and two Club World Cups.

He was present when Spain won the World Cup in 2010 and lifted the European Championship two years later.
