Old Trafford ace on Juve radar.
Juventus are readying a £10m bid for Man United forward Robin van Persie according to the Daily Star.
The 31 year old Dutchman endured a frustrating season in 2014/15 and with just one year left on his current contract it may be the opportune time for Louis van Gaal to consider offers for the experienced marksman.
Fresh from their Champions League final defeat Juventus apparently fear Carlos Tevez’s imminent exit and have therefore opted to pursue van Persie as a potential replacement for the Argentine.
Van Persie managed just ten Premier League goals last season and with Radamel Falcao also failing to impress during his loan spell it’s likely Louis van Gaal will seek to bring in a new prolific spearhead for his Old Trafford attack.
An offer of £10m may well be accepted by Man United.
