Five CRUCIAL deals Man Utd look certain to pull off this summer, with imminent striker transfer
As transfer rumours surround the likes of Morgan Schneiderlin, Sergio Ramos and David De Gea, it has almost gone unnoticed that summer signing Memphis Depay trained alongside his new teammates for the first time since his move to the club was made official earlier this month.
With Rooney being the leader that he is slowly becoming, made sure to give his new teammate some attention as he shared an image via his official Instagram account to show supporters of how Depay was adapting to life in his new surroundings.
Depay arrives in England with an ever-growing reputation after finishing last season as the top scorer in Holland as his former club PSV were crowned champions and he also shone at last summer’s World Cup in Brazil.
He will be expected to battle it out for a place in manager Louis van Gaal’s starting XI with the likes of fellow wide-men in Ashley Young, Juan Mata and Angel Di Maria as United look to pose a genuine threat in the Premier League title race this season.
