Chelsea look set to rival Arsenal and Real Madrid for the signing of highly-rated Real Betis teenager Dani Ceballos this summer, according to various reports.
The Blues have been linked with a possible bid for the 18-year-old midfielder by talkSPORT, though they claim Real Madrid are leading the chase for the youngster’s signature in a deal that would see him immediately return to Betis on loan this season.
Still, talkSPORT add that talks between Madrid and Betis could spark Chelsea into life in their pursuit of Ceballos, who was also linked as a possible summer target for Arsenal in a recent report from the Metro.
Having made a first-team breakthrough in La Liga last season, Ceballos looks an exciting prospect for the future, becoming the latest top talent to come through in Spanish football.

As well as his success at club level, Ceballos has shone for his country at Under-19 and Under-21 level, and it is little surprise that big clubs now appear to be queuing up for his signature.
Chelsea and Real do not have the best track record in terms of handing first-team opportunities to young players, but it seems that will not put the player off securing a potentially exciting and career-changing switch.
