Earlier this month, sensational reports claimed that Zlatan Ibrahimovic was available in the summer market after being informed by Paris Saint-Germain that he could be sold at a cut price should he wish to leave the Parc des Princes.
The news was said to have alerted Arsenal and Manchester United, while Real Madrid and former club AC Milan have also been credited with interest.
However, it seems that the Sweden international may not be eyeing a move to a major European outfit, and is instead keen on returning to the club that started off his stunning journey to the highest level of success.

He took to Twitter on Wednesday morning to congratulate Malmo FF on their qualifying for the Champions League, and expressed his wish to return to the Swedbank Stadion to experience such ecstasy in his hometown.

On Tuesday night Malmo claimed a 4-3 aggregate win over Celtic to progress to the group stages of the Champions League.
