Real Madrid wonder-kid Martin Odegaard has heaped praise on Manchester United youngster Marcus Rashford according to The Sun.
The Norway international faced Rashford during England U21’s clash with Norway U21. Gareth Southgate’s side thumped their opponents by a convincing 6-1 scoreline with Rashford netting a hat-trick.
Odegaard described the Man Utd star as ‘incredible’ as he and his teammates were powerless to stop the pacy forward.
“He is an incredible player as we saw,” Odegaard told the Sun.
“And we have seen that in the Premier League too. So I think he is just an incredible player.”
Rashford has now scored goals on four debuts over the last seven months. The 18-year-old was however, left out of Sam Allardyce’s senior England national team squad which defeated Slovakia.
The Manchester United youngster has also failed to win over Jose Mourinho, who has yet to give him a start in the Premier League – although it is worth noting he has players like Zlatan Ibrahimovic ahead of him in the pecking order.
The Red Devils take on their rivals Manchester City this weekend in the Premier League.
