Liverpool defender Dejan Lovren has heaped praise on his teammates following the 2-1 win over Chelsea on Saturday and has also urged them to keep up the good work.
The Croatia international scored the Reds opening goal against Chelsea before Jordan Henderson doubled the lead with a wonder-strike.
