Arsenal full-back Carl Jenkinson has made a return to football following a nine month spell on the sidelines, according to SkySports.
Jenkinson played approximately one hour of football for Arsenal’s Under-23 side against Southampton last night. The 24-year-old was out injured for a lengthy spell after suffering a cruciate knee ligament earlier this year.
Arsenal took to social media to welcome Jenkinson back to football and uploaded a photo of their full-back along with the following caption, “Carl Jenkinson back on the pitch.”
