John Terry posted this image on his Instagram account today, remembering the good old days at Chelsea.

In it, you see a young Terry carrying an armful of boots and washing to be done for his senior teammates. In the caption he notes that young players no longer have to do this sort of thing – and implies it’s to their detriment.

As a bonus for Chelsea fans, in the foreground is another legend – Gianfranco Zola.

16 years old Cleaning the kit,showers,toilets and boots was a great learning experience coming through the ranks and something the kids miss out on today ??
