Chelsea vs West Brom confirmed starting lineups: Nemanja Matic’s return from injury sees Cesc Fabregas drop to the bench

Chelsea host West Brom this afternoon as Antonio Conte looks to make it nine wins in a row in the Premier League.

In their last eight games, the Blues have secured maximum points, scoring 22 and conceding just twice. That electric form fired them to the summit of the Premier League table, and a win today will further cement their position at the top.

West Brom will certainly not be rolling over today, however, as they have enjoyed a fantastic start to their campaign. Tony Pulis’ men go into today’s fixture in eighth place and could move up as high as sixth with a victory today.

Conte has reverted back to plan A as Nemanja Matic returns from injury. The Serb’s return to the side sees Cesc Fabregas, who provided a brilliant assist for Diego Costa at the Etihad last weekend, drop to the bench. Pedro has recovered from a knock he picked up in the same fixture in time to start ahead of Willian this afternoon.
