Marcos Alonso has taken to Twitter to celebrate Chelsea’s 11th consecutive victory, as the Blues went nine points clear at the top of the Premier League.

Chelsea beat Crystal Palace 1-0 at Selhurst Park to continue their incredible purple patch and extent their lead at the summit of English football.

Antonio Conte’s arrival at Stamford Bridge has improved virtually every player in the Chelsea squad, but few have benefited more than Alonso. Conte signed the Spaniard in the summer window, and he has fitted like a glove into the 3-4-3 system. Alonso is playing magnificently for the Blues at the moment, it’s no wonder he took to Twitter to express his delight.
