Daley Blind has sent a heartwarming message to Manchester United fans and staff at the club after completing his transfer back to old club Ajax.
The Netherlands international initially joined United from the Amsterdam club back in the summer of 2014, but struggled to make a real impression in his four years at Old Trafford.

Often a victim of his versatility, Blind failed to really nail down a role in the side due to playing in a number of different positions for the Red Devils, including left-back, centre-back and midfield.
Not really the kind of physical or aggressive player to fit into a Jose Mourinho side, it is perhaps unsurprising to see the 28-year-old move on this summer and try his luck back at Ajax.
United already have Ashley Young and Luke Shaw as options at left-back, whilst bringing in Fred in midfield.
Still, Blind sent what sounded like a truly sincere and heartfelt message to the club on his Twitter page as he bid farewell to Old Trafford…
