Spurs pair wanted in £15m raid: Should Ramos cash in?

Aston Villa, seemingly destined to lose their captain Gareth Barry, seem keen to add some more young stars to the crop they already posses, and with this in mind they are planning on taking two of Spurs international stars.

Aston Villa boss Martin O’Neill wants Tottenham midfielders, valued as a pair at around £15m, Aaron Lennon and Tom Huddlestone (Birmingham Mail).

Both 21 year old’s had pretty average seasons last term to say the least, but both are also players who have showed their worth on occasions and both seem to have potential to grow into more consistent performers, the question is, are they part of Juande Ramos’s grand plan? If not then Villa Park is a pretty good place to be right now, the gruff Belfast boss is working his magic again and building the midlands club back up steadily without a boom and bust technique. Do Spurs fans feel either player is worth keeping? Do Villa supporters consider this pair as worthy additions to their squad?
