Spurs FLOP makes £8m exit: Time for a party at White Hart Lane!

At last Juande appears to be about to rid the club of a player they can happily do without!

Pascal Chimbonda will move to Spanish club Valencia this week in an £8million deal as Spurs finally get shot of the White Hart Lane bad boy.
Chimbonda will begin preseason training with the La Liga outfit on Thursday after agreeing personal terms last week.
The former Wigan right-back is set to line-up alongside Spain’s Euro 2008 hero David Villa next season after the striker publicly rejected moves to Chelsea and Liverpool.
It is understood Valencia first made their interest in Chimbonda known in January, but a swap deal for the Spanish club’s right-back, Miguel, failed to materialise as Spurs boss Juande Ramos was not a fan. (Daily Mirror)

Pascal hasn’t endeared himself to the club towards the end of his two year stay at White Hart Lane. His attitude has been called into question and his defensive game has left a lot to be desired. If JR can net 8m from the sale then he will be laughing as this is almost twice what they paid for the Frenchman when they brought him in from Wigan (another club who have a good reason to dislike the fullback). What do Spurs fans think will become of Pascal? Will he be a success at Valencia or will he alienate another club? Also what should Ramos do with the cash injection from this sale?
