Spurs star heads for £24m exit: How will Ramos cope without his star performer!

The inevitable appears to be about to happen as Manchester United’s latest bid for this Tottenham striker has reportedly been accepted.

Dimitar Berbatov will join Manchester United for £24million — as soon as Tottenham land a replacement.
A deal has been struck in principle between Spurs and United, with the Bulgarian striker ready to sign a four-year contract worth £80,000 a week — double his present salary.
But even though Spurs are resigned to losing the 27-year-old, they have asked United to delay the transfer until they can bag another target man. (News of the World)

The Bulgarian ace has been linked with a move to Old Trafford for so long now and even the most optimistic Spurs fan could see that sooner or later Berbs would leave and it seems that the deal will be sewn up very soon. An important question to ponder is whether Robbie Keane will also leave White Hart Lane? Clearly Dimitar has been a big hit in north London and his departure, when rather if it happens, will be a big loss to the club but no doubt JR is already planning a replacement of real quality. What do Spurs fans think about Berbatov’s probably sale?
