The Guardian reports that Chelsea’s Ivorian ace Didier Drogba has a mere 10 days to decide whether he is happy at Stamford Bridge.
The latest on Chelsea’s moany striker is that he can either make good on his mawkish tear-stained complaints made after Mourinho left, or he can put up with earning millions a year on the Kings Road.
Chelsea striker Didier Drogba will decide on his future within the next 10 days, according to his agent Thierno Seydi. Drogba has been regularly linked with a move away from Stamford Bridge since he criticised the manner in which the club parted company with former coach Jose Mourinho last September and vowed to leave himself.
Chelsea’s new manager, Luiz Felipe Scolari, claimed at his official unveiling that Drogba was still “200% in his plans”, and the club have reportedly offered the 30-year-old a big-money deal to remain at Stamford Bridge. (Guardian)
So will Droggs stay or go, and if he does go, who’ll want to stump up the wonga not only to buy him but to provide the kind of whopping wage packet that he is accustomed to?
