Not Guilty!
You may have missed it, as the newspapers were keeping unsurprisingly quiet about that whole thing, but as it turns out those pesky Tottenham fans at Fratton Park who were vilified by the press for abusing Sol Campbell, well they had their cases thrown out of court. See below.
When Tottenham Hotspur fans appeared in Portsmouth Magistrates Court on various charges in relation to chanting aimed at an ex player, Sol Campbell, the media coverage of the sentencing was intense and very negative.
After a full Retrial, Portsmouth Crown Court has now declared two of the prosecutions as unsafe and overturned the convictions.
The media coverage has been virtually non existent.
And this is wrong. This harbours agenda and bias.
