Former Barcelona and Arsenal midfielder Gio Van Bronkhurst has urged Neymar to make a move to the Nou Camp according to talkSport.
The Brazilian wonderkid is one of the hottest properties in football after a number of impressive displays for Santos and the Brazilian national team.
The player will literally be able to take his pick from the world’s top teams once he decides to leave Santos with the likes of PSG, Bayern Munich, Real Madrid and Chelsea all hoping to secure the player’s signature.
Santos are keen to hold onto the player, at least until after next summer’s World Cup finals tournament in Brazil, but know they face a losing battle to hold on to the Brazilian star.
Van Bronkhurst has stated his belief that Neymar would be most suited to a move to Barcelona.
The former Dutch international went on to express his conviction that Neymar would be better suited making the move this summer rather than after the World Cup next year.
Van Bronkhurst believes Neymar and Leo Messi would suit each other’s style of play and could link up to devastating effect for the Catalonian side.
Reports in recent months have suggested that Neymar has already signed a pre-contract agreement with Barcelona but this has been denied by both the club and player.
