Swansea interested in England under-21 international.
Andros Townsend’s impressive displays for QPR look set to lead to a £5m bid from Swansea this summer.
The Tottenham winger is currently on loan with the Hoops and his performances since moving to Loftus Road in January in their fight for Premier League survival have caught the eye.
Despite the likelihood that QPR will be relegated, Townsend will return to White Hart Lane with his reputation enhanced, and Spurs can expect a bid during the summer transfer window.

QPR loanee Andros Townsend is reportedly a £5m target for Swansea but surely the winger will be needed at White Hart Lane next season.
In his short stint at doomed QPR, Townsend has proven himself a fine Premier League player and he is unlikely to remain at Loftus Road next season, given the Hoops impending relegation. Regardless, the England under-21 will return to north London with renewed confidence, one of the few R’s players to enhance his reputation.
With Gareth Bale and Aaron Lennon currently sidelined, how Spurs must wish they still had the flying 21-year-old available, rather than playing down the road in west London.
While Townsend’s stay at Loftus Road is likely to be brief, he has the chance to forge a lengthy career at Tottenham. Behind Bale and Lennon, the club lack any senior wide players and Gylfi Sigurdsson, Moussa Dembele and Lewis Holtby have all filled in in wide areas during the duo’s absence.
And there is of course no guarantee that Bale will still be a Spurs player next season. The Welshman is reportedly wanted by the likes of Real Madrid and Bayern Munich, which could mean Townsend has an even more prominent role to play at White Hart Lane next season. To sell him to Swansea would be folly.
