Portuguese manager interested in White Hart Lane job.
Former Portuguese national team boss Carlos Queiroz has admitted he’d like to take charge of Tottenham according to the BBC.

The 60 year old manager is keen on filling the managerial post vacated by Andre Villas-Boas though is still contracted to Iran and is due to take charge of the national team at the 2014 World Cup finals.
When asked about whether he would be interested in taking the White Hart Lane post Queiroz stated;
“Absolutely. Tottenham is a club I really appreciate a lot and I have great admiration.”
Queiroz also revealed he had had “some private connections in the past” with Spurs owner Daniel Levy.
The one time Man United assistant went on to add
“One of my coaching dreams is to get back to English football,”
“I was very happy in Manchester. It was the most happy and outstanding football period of my entire career.”
Levy opted to sack Villas-Boas after a series of poor displays with a 5-0 home defeat to Liverpool proving the final straw for the Tottenham chairman.
