Cottagers want to find a long-term successor for Riise.
Premier League strugglers Fulham want to sign Schalke 04 left-back Christian Fuchs next season, according to reports in the Daily Mirror.

The west London club are currently on the look out for a replacement for current left-back John Arne Riise, who is expected to leave Craven Cottage at the end of the campaign.
And the player that new Cottagers head coach Rene Meulensteen wants to replace the experienced Norway international with is Fuchs.
The club very nearly landed the Austria international in the January transfer window, however, they are still expected to be able to complete a £2m deal for the 27-year-old this summer.
