The France international has been in top form this season, bagging 14 goals over the course of the season already and furthering his reputation as one of the finest young strikers in France.

The 22-year-old has already been linked with moves to Arsenal and Everton this year, but a move to the Premier League during the January transfer window failed to materialise, thus giving Spurs fresh hope of bringing him on board at the end of the season.

Spurs have already let Jermain Defoe leave for Toronto FC this month, and there are some large question marks hanging over Roberto Soldado, who faces an uncertain future after failing to impress following his £26m move from Valencia last year.

The in-form star can also operate in a wider position, meaning that Erik Lamela’s future may also be in doubt following his own limp offerings this term.
