The Dane was linked with the job following Andre Villas-Boas’ sacking but the 49-year-old insisted he was happy at Swansea. Awkwardly, Laudrup has since been sacked by the Jacks and is a free agent. He won many admirers during his 18 months in the Premier League for his passing football, which would please the Tottenham faithful. He’s reportedly difficult to work with though, which could prove an issue with Daniel Levy in charge.
