Unsettled AC Milan striker Mario Balotelli could be on his way to big spending Ligue 1 side AS Monaco according to respected Italian journalist Tancredi Palmeri.
EXCLUSIVE: Monaco have placed an undisclosed bid for Balotelli. Should be between 20 and 30. No Falcao involved so far

The 23 year old forward has had an up and down time of it since moving back to his native Italy 18 months ago and has been strongly linked with a San Siro exit this summer and a move to principality club AS Monaco may tempt the former Man City man.
AS Monaco opted to axe former boss Claudio Ranieri, despite helping the club back to the French top tier and securing a runners-up spot in their first campaign back in Ligue 1, and brought in Venezuelan Leonardo Jardim to take the reins.
Balotelli has had a number on and off field run-ins since moving back to Italy but has still scored regularly, netting 30 goals in 54 appearances for AC Milan, and is a player with a great deal of ability though clearly is a tough character to manage.
