Former Tottenham Hotspur defender Michael Dawson, who joined Hull City earlier this week, has named twelve players in a ‘best Tottenham XI’ for the club’s matchday programme!
The 30-year-old spent nine years at White Hart Lane, becoming a key player for the club, and was asked to select a lineup of the best players he’s played with during that time.
However, the four-time England international either has trouble counting or simply got over-excited by the talent he has been priveleged to play alongside, as he named one player too many in his best XI!

As well as that, big names such as Michael Carrick, Rafael van der Vaart and Jan Vertonghen don’t make the cut – a somewhat questionable decision when the team includes the likes of Tom Huddlestone, Danny Rose and Aaron Lennon…
