The Egyptian is unhappy with the amount of time he is getting on the pitch, as he has seen both Andre Schurrle and Willian go ahead of him in the pecking order. His manager’s policy of not rotating too much has also not helped him to get the minutes he needs.

Salah joined the club from FC Basel last January, but has failed to make an impact since, and with nothing looking likely to change in the near future he wants to sort out his future at the club.

The winger could possibly leave in the next transfer window either on loan or permanently. Everton, Sunderland, Stoke, and QPR are all interested in a temporary deal, while Inter Milan are supposedly keen for a loan with a potential £9.5 million deal at the end.
