Gunners eye surprise move for ex-Premier League playmaker.
Arsenal have recently been linked with a move for former Chelsea attacking midfielder Kevin De Bruyne, the Daily Telegraph reports.
With growing speculation that Santi Cazorla could be a top summer transfer target for La Liga giants Atletico Madrid, it perhaps makes sense that Arsene Wenger has been looking at the £25m-rated Belgian international.
Despite failing to make an impact during his time at Stamford Bridge, De Bruyne has been superb in the Bundesliga with Wolfsburg, and has also attracted some interest from Manchester City and Manchester United.
If Cazorla does leave, De Bruyne looks an ideal replacement to help provide some creativity in the Gunners’ midfield.
